The Orange Prize for Fiction 2009 winner was Home by Marilynne Robinson

Home by Marilynne Robinson

Glory has moved back to the sleepy town of Gilead, Iowa to look after her frail father. As she struggles with the disappointments in her own life, her brother Jack, the black sheep of the family, returns to the refuge of their old home after an absence of twenty years.

This is a very moving and beautifully written story from a Pulitzer prize-winning author.
